We stopped off in Paul’s Valley to hit the Flightline disc golf course. After searching through the waves of uncut grass for 20 minutes for their first and second throws they decided to call it after one hole. Hopefully someone will trim this up so we can come back and try it out again!

Louisiana disc golf
We wandered over to the NO City Park disc golf course to get our Louisiana play time in. It was hot, humid, and sticky, but luckily it was also Jazzfest! So while we were trooping from hole to hole we got to hear some fantastic jazz musicians serenading us from across the park.
This whole area was under water during Katrina, pretty fascinating to think about. Don’t know if the old building in the background is all torn up from that or just from neglect. Pics here!
Alabama disc golf
We played all 18 holes at the Fairways of Fairhope after we spent 30 mins walking around trying to figure out where this dang course started. Once we got going though it was a pretty quick play through.
Simple but neat course with cool tee markers. Check out the pics!
South Carolina Disc Golf
Headed north from Savannah to play at The Sarge, but sadly we got rained out after playing only one hole. Pics abound anyway, check them out here!
Georgia Disc Golf
We woke up early to play at the Steady Ed Memorial course outside Augusta, GA. It was an incredible course that was very well maintained. Several pics here of us playing in a light rain.
Inflatable Tiger Head slept in.

Disc Golf in Mississippi
Drove south of the border to play at a course in Southhaven, MS.

Quickest round of disc golf ever
We managed to drive back through the storm front that passed over us in El Jarabe. We played one hole of disc golf while the storm was baring down on us. Victory shot at the first basket here.
On to Conway for dinner.
